Then Our worker put the glass into UV machine which the UV ink is cured by UV led or UV lamp. UV led with its monochromatic spectra achieve and excellent depth of cure- UV ink is immediately cured, environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Under the intelligent infrared heating, the glass formed with  ice flower design texture as client color also

After the UV process to form ice flower design,  the glass is produced through vacuum coating, let the melt aluminum splash on UV paint ice flower design side surface in the vacuum chamber, and then coated with double  layers of protective paint. The aluminum mirror make the ice flower design more brighten and shining.
